WEEK TWO Deep Into Your Doshas Now that we have the basics of Ayurveda, we dive deeper into or Doshas & their characteristics. This workshop will include a 30 minute introduction to Ayurveda, its core principles & practises. This workshop will inspire you to get back on the mat! Discover how Yoga can become an integral part of their health care plan. We will learn how we can apply it into today's modern, busy life. We will learn about the principles of Ayurveda : Indian Medicine & its 5000 year old origins. This fun & informative workshop will inspire you back on the mat! When we understand who we really are, what we are made of & how to play with this energy, healthy life choices become inspired actions instead of strained efforts. Week ONE Discover Ayurveda You are more than you think you are! Ayurveda, an Ancient Indian Medicine, will help you discover your Body Type, What it needs & how Yoga & Meditation can help Heal & Relax you. Your sessions start with a 30 minute workshop where we learn about our Ayurvedic constitutions Vata, Pitta & Kapha with Michael followed by a 60 minutes Restorative / Yin & Yoga Nidra session with Alana. A 4 series weekly Workshop every Tuesday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm for 4 weeks! Learn about your Body type according to Ayurveda, how to meditate & relax with Alana & Michael.
